Haunted by the memories of his time in the Gulf war, Jacob tries to adjust to civilian life aided mainly by his friendship with his commanding officer, Hilt who has made civvie life work for him. However, Jacob's stable reality is crushed when Hilt is killed during a suspected mugging that went wrong. Now Jacob feels it's his duty to find the truth behind the incident and bring closure to Hilt's widow, Louise.

His investigation has him going head to head with DCI Lane and his partners Sergeant Egan and DC Carter as his own life starts to entwine with those he suspects of being involved. Amongst them is East End villain turned property tycoon Brannigan Woods, Marcus Clancy whose recent workaholic attitude has put a strain on his marriage to cheating wife Claire and their rebellious teenage daughter, Hannah. Dr Audrey Grey is the couple's therapist who is trying to keep the family together whilst her own existence is slowly sinking into self destruct mode...

THUGS, MUGS AND VIOLENCE, a new British gangland tale set in the boundaries of London. Three criminal gangs that are fighting to win control over the London territories.

After the disappearance of £2million pounds worth of drugs, blame falls between the rival firms. The streets of London then become the backdrop to an intertwined game of cat and mouse between the gangs as each make their play to gain control as the story twists and turns with a host of colourful characters, shoot outs and violence.

The Davis brothers are old school criminals from the East End of London, Mo Mo is the leader of Brick Lane firm whilst the South London gang is headed by Tony ‘The Ant’ Declan. As the story unfolds around the three gangs, we encounter Peeper’s, Judge, Stardust and the Serb who further intensify the tale of double-cross, bloodshed and revenge.

Stardust is questioned about the missing £2m of drugs by the Davis gang only for Stardust to reveal that he exchanged it for a lucrative music contract with Music Tycoon Bobby Maxell that never happened. The Davis gang wants the money back and they intend to retrieve it from Maxell one way or another.

VIREO VIGIL

The Myst is a vigilante crime fighter who has been successfully cleaning up the streets of Vireo. In fact he has been too successful as crime disappears all together giving the Myst time to reflect on whether he is needed anymore and so gives up his crime fighting ways.

A year passes and for no reason at all the children of Vireo become naughty while the Myst’s nemesis, Black Jack and his gang of henchwomen called the Pin-ups feel the time is right to commit their greatest crime yet, kidnapping the Mayor as he plays Santa Claus to the local orphanage and holding Vireo to ransom.

The Myst must once again take up the mantle of crime fighter to save Santa and Christmas.

You better watch out, he’s making a list, evil doers beware, here comes the Myst.
